Refined Olive Pomace Oil

Since its burning point is higher then olive oil ; Refined Olive Pomace oil is prefered for frying mostly by cooks.
It is ideal for potato chips and pomfrit making.

WHERE we can use the olive oil ?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It is usually consumed as uncooked, mostly in salads. It is also used for cooking meals with vegetables and added to the pasta sauces.

Virgin Olive Oil It is also consumed like extra virgin olive oil.

Natural Village Olive Oil It is usually blended with the refined olive oil for preparing pure olive oil.

Refined Olive Oil It is obtained by refining the lampant olive oil. This is more often consumed by people who are less accustomed to the natural taste of olive oil. It is used for cooking and frying. And producing pure olive oil

Pure Olive Oil It is a special mixture of natural (extra virgin and/or virgin olive oil) with refined olive oil.

All types of olive oils are ideal for frying as their burning point is higher than that of other oil. Since the melting point of olive oil is between 5 and 7 C, it could be frozen in cold weather. Olive oil could be stored in a dark place at around 18 C; it is not necessary to keep it in the refrigerator. A variety of sauces can be obtained by placing different herbs in olive oil Perfect salads, appetizers and main dishes, could be prepared with garlic, onion, nutmeg, fresh thyme, basil.

1- SUN DRIED TOMATOES:
 Our quality sun dried tomatoes are packed in:
a) 1 kg,5kg vacoomed packs
b) 370cc,720cc,1000cc Glass Jars.
c) 1 kg pouch packs in Canola Oil (This is a deep fries kept product)
d)1 lt,3 lt,5 lt,10 lt Pet Jars in Canola Oil
2-TOMATO PASTE.is produced as 28-30 Brix and 32-36 Brix.
  It is packed in Plastic jars, Glass Jars and Tins.
a)Plastic Jars:2 kg ,3 kg.5 kg and 10 kg.
b)Glass jars:370 cc and 720 cc.
c)Tins :400 gr,800 gr and 2500 gr.
3-RED PEPPER PASTE (HOTand SWEET) is also produced in 22-24 Brix and 32-34 Brix.
 They are packed  in:
a)Plastic Jars:2 kg ,3 kg.5 kg and 10 kg.
b)Glass jars:370 cc and 720 cc.
c)Tins :400 gr,800 gr and 2500 gr.
 
4-CAPIA RED PEPER .
  This product is produced in strips and diced cut and packed in A/ 12 tins net 3000 gr.
5-GRAPE LEAVES.
 Beast quality grape leaves are packed in :
a)500 gr and 1000 gr vacoomed packs
b)1 lt ,2 lt,3lt,5 lt and 10 lt Pet Jars.
